We chose The Castle as our perfect venue after meeting with Georgia the events manager just under a year ago. Fast forward to the day of our wedding and it could not have been any more perfect than it was. Having gained extensive experience in weddings, events planning and hospitality operations as well as insider knowledge of trusted local suppliers, I genuinely thrive on helping our clients turn their unique dreams into reality (and will put my heart and soul into making it happen!)

I’m passionate about creating celebrations that feel personal, relaxed, and fun, while handling all the behind-the-scenes details so you don’t have to. Think of me as your planner, problem-solver, and calm-in-the-chaos along the way.

I’ve been part of the Malvern family for almost three years, spending time across both the Square and Compass and The Castle, alongside supporting the wider Events team.

During this time, I’ve developed a real passion for working closely with people to bring their individual events to life, ensuring each celebration feels personal, meaningful, and truly special. I thrive on building strong, lasting relationships and take pride in understanding each client’s vision, guiding them through the process with care and attention to detail.

Wedding & Events Coordinator

I joined The Castle team part-time in October 2025 whilst studying for my Events Management degree at Leeds Beckett University. During my time there, I became increasingly interested in the events side of the business and enjoyed working closely with Rachael and Georgia, learning more about their roles and the planning behind each event. Prior to this, I had experience managing wedding operations at a venue in Northumberland, which further strengthened my passion for the industry.

After completing my degree, I was generously offered a role at Malvern Events as a Wedding and Events Coordinator, focusing on event operations and ensuring each occasion runs smoothly on the day.
